How We Work

For a completely independent design service we offer a step by step process which offers the choice of tendering your building work on the completion of a full package of drawings and tendering documentation.

Consultation

An in depth consultation carried out at your home to discuss ideas and aspirations for your garden. This is arguably the most important part of the process as we get to understand your requirements and discuss what you want from the garden. This is followed by a letter outlining ideas for the development of your garden with a detailed design proposal and estimate tailored to your requirements.

Design.

A full professional Garden Design Service Working from an accurate survey to produce a detailed outline plan using the latest in CAD techniques. From the approved outline plan, drawing up planting plans, setting out drawings and construction details ready for the tendering process.

Tendering.

For complete independence on build costs I can draw up the necessary documentation to present your plans to quality contractors. This means you will have 3 quotations for your design to be implemented. All contractors come recommended and the majority are either members of BALI or the APL.

Monitoring the works

Monitoring the building works and liaising with your chosen contractor to make sure your design is transferred from plans to reality. We can either do this through regular site visits or manage the project for you.
